Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Kualitas Hidup pada Pasien Pasca Tuberkulosis

Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Tuberkulosis (TB) tetap menjadi masalah kesehatan global yang signifikan. Meskipun kesembuhan bakteriologis dapat dicapai, banyak pasien pascatuberkulosis mengalami gejala sisa dan penurunan kualitas hidup yang persisten. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien pascatuberkulosis. Metode: Studi potong lintang pada 54 pasien pascatuberkulosis di Palangka Raya. Kualitas hidup dinilai menggunakan St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ). Analisis bivariat dan multivariat (regresi linier) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kualitas hidup. Hasil: Median skor SGRQ adalah 172,2 (IQR: 0,0-736,2). Kelelahan dilaporkan pada 20,4% partisipan. Analisis multivariat menunjukkan kelelahan sebagai prediktor independen dominan (B=428,5, β=0,412, p=0,008), menjelaskan 38,0% varians skor SGRQ. Simpulan: Kelelahan merupakan prediktor independen dominan terhadap gangguan kualitas hidup pascatuberkulosis. Diperlukan program perawatan komprehensif yang mencakup asesmen dan manajemen kelelahan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup penyintas TB.
