Abstrak

Latar Belakang. Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) telah muncul sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam layanan kesehatan, khususnya untuk memantau pasien dengan kondisi kronis seperti kanker. Variasi pendekatan dalam penelitian dan praktik klinis dapat menyebabkan perbedaan interpretasi di antara tenaga kesehatan dan peneliti. Tujuan Penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep pemantauan pasien jarak jauh. Metode. Analisis konsep dilakukan dengan mengikuti pendekatan delapan langkah dari Walker dan Avant: memilih konsep, menentukan tujuan analisis, mengidentifikasi semua penggunaan konsep, menentukan atribut yang mendefinisikan, mengidentifikasi kasus model, mengidentifikasi kasus borderline dan kasus yang bertentangan, mengidentifikasi antecedents (faktor pendahulu) dan konsekuensi, serta mendefinisikan referen empiris. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan menggunakan basis data Google Scholar, Scopus, ScienceDirect, EBSCOhost, dan ProQuest untuk mengidentifikasi artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2018 hingga 2024. Hasil. Hasil analisis mengidentifikasi lima atribut utama RPM: pemantauan berkelanjutan, integrasi teknologi, kolaborasi multidisipliner, aksesibilitas layanan, dan perawatan berpusat pada pasien. Atribut-atribut ini secara teoritis terkait dengan konsekuensi positif seperti deteksi dini komplikasi, peningkatan hasil kesehatan, efektivitas biaya, serta pemberdayaan dan kualitas hidup pasien. Faktor pendahulu mencakup ketersediaan teknologi digital dan infrastruktur, kebutuhan layanan kesehatan pasien kanker, tantangan dalam akses layanan kesehatan, serta literasi dan kesiapan digital pasien. Kesimpulan.  Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis berupa model konseptual RPM yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan praktik keperawatan digital dan kebijakan implementasi RPM di layanan onkologi. Standarisasi definisi dan pemodelan konseptual RPM sangat penting untuk memastikan integrasi yang konsisten dan efektif dalam sistem perawatan pasien kanker, di mana perawat berperan sentral dalam interpretasi data dan koordinasi antarprofesional.
