Efektivitas Intervensi Non-Farmakologis dalam Mengurangi Nyeri Haid: Sebuah Studi Literatur

Nyeri haid atau dismenore primer adalah masalah kesehatan reproduksi yang sering dialami perempuan dan dapat mengganggu aktivitas sehari-hari. Pengobatan farmakologis sering kali menimbulkan efek samping, sehingga intervensi non-farmakologis menjadi alternatif yang menarik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas intervensi non-farmakologis, seperti terapi panas, yoga, olahraga, akupresur, pijat effleurage, dan modifikasi gaya hidup, dalam mengurangi nyeri haid. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan sistematik terhadap 16 artikel yang relevan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua metode memberikan pengurangan nyeri yang signifikan, dengan yoga dan olahraga menunjukkan pengurangan nyeri terbesar (2,8–3 poin pada skala VAS). Terapi panas, akupresur, dan pijat effleurage memberikan efek yang cepat tetapi sementara. Modifikasi gaya hidup memberikan manfaat jangka panjang dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup. Kombinasi metode dianjurkan untuk hasil yang lebih optimal.
