Achilles tendon (AT) rupture is one of the most frequently occurring tendon injuries, accounting for approximately 10.7% of all cases. AT rupture can be categorized into two types: partial rupture, where the tendon only partially tears, or total rupture, which means the tendon tears completely. Management of AT rupture injuries can be divided into two main approaches: conservative and operative. A properly designed rehabilitation program contributes significantly not only to the restoration of muscle strength and joint function but also to the acceleration of the tendon healing process, prevention of stiffness, and reduction of the risk of re-rupture or long-term complications. This study aims to provide an overview of physiotherapy management in post-op AT repair cases. This research is a case report; primary data were obtained through autoanamnesis and physical examination. Results: A 28-year-old patient who underwent AT repair 5 months ago was given physiotherapy management in the form of IRR, electrical stimulation, and exercise therapy. Physiotherapy management is important for increasing muscle strength after the AT repair procedure, for patients to return to daily activities without obstacles and return to their previous level of sports activity.
